Follow every dollar from paycheck to purchase.

Spend Flow brings your household’s accounts into one place, sorts every transaction with rules you control, and shows exactly where the money goes.

Example month: $10,560 of income. $4,630 went to fixed needs, $2,840 to flexible wants, $1,800 to savings and investments, and $1,290 was kept.

An example month. Point at any stream to follow it.

Teach it once. It sorts the rest.

Bank descriptions are a mess. Write a rule the first time you see one, and every past and future transaction like it lands where you want. Rules run in the order you set, so the specific ones win.

Built for a household, not a single login.

Invite your partner, mark each account as yours, theirs or joint, and switch between everyone’s money and just your own. Categories, budgets and groups are all yours to shape.

Yours, mine and ours

Everyone sees the same budget. Filter any page down to one person’s accounts in a click.

Budgets that know what day it is

Each category shows where you’d expect to be by today, so you can ease off before the month runs out.

Net worth, with and without the house

Track everything you own and owe, from retirement accounts to the mortgage, or just the cash you can actually spend.

Every bill and subscription, found for you

Recurring charges are picked up from your history, with a calendar of what’s due and a flag when a price goes up.

Five minutes a week

Focus mode walks you through new transactions one at a time, so nothing piles up. Optional auto-categorization does the first pass.

Why I built Spend Flow.

I churn credit cards and I live in spreadsheets. At any moment I have a handful of cards open, each working toward a different bonus, and I want to see every swipe as clearly as I see the whole month.

Every app I tried fell short. Some were pricey. Some made their money from my data. The rest kept nudging me toward a new card, a loan or an investment account.

So I built the tool I wanted: simple enough to check in a few minutes, flexible enough to fit how my household really spends, and detailed enough to go from one coffee to the big picture in a click.
